Rendering problem

I have done a dance music mix in ableton 6.0.1 including 9 tracks of audio

When I come to render it it misses out a gap of audio at about 9:30 into the mix...at about 10:00 it comes back but is pitched down.

I have automation running on the mix....effects turning on/off, Volume adjusts etc etc and a gradual increase in tempo as the track plays. Nothing that would cause the computer to run slowly though.

However I have checked the master tempo volume automation and the track volume automation along with the tempo automation and everything seems to be fine. The mix even plays perfectly in the arrange window.

However when I come to render it it still has this problem.

Ive even frozen the track it does it on and Iam still having the same problem!

Any ideas.

In fact when I freeze the track and play it in the arrange window the gap is there and the audio cuts out....

However there is no gap in the audio...and nothing I can see turning the volume of in the automation.
