AU/VST Distortion effects for osx???

Post by mechcon » Thu Feb 15, 2007 7:58 am

Heya, I'm looking for some vst's or au's for osx of distortion, as many as possible, and if possible anything as close to Scream4 for Reason perhaps? :)
MacBook Pro M3 Max, Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen, Ableton Move, LaunchPad Pro MK3, Behringer Edge, TecWav noise synth, Crank Sturgeon Plug Ugly contact mic, and oodles of effects pedals.

I REALLY like the CM-Fuzz that comes with computer music.

Also, check out Slayer from refx.net , it's kind of a guitar synth, but you can use all of it's effects seperately.
GO VEGAN!!! - Macbook Air, Bass Station II, Some Korg shit, Live Suite, U-He, Audio Damage, Microtonic, Ohmicide, more soft stuffs, awesome controllers, euro rack modular synth,an awesome cat.

CamelCrusher is a free one that can give you some overall distortion.

I really like some of the results I have gotten with it.

I've never even used Reason so I have no basis for comparison, but Audio Damage FuzzPlus is probably my favourite distortion right now. Free and available as either a VST or AU (both Universal).[/url]
