exporting cut up parts...

Post by discharj » Fri Feb 16, 2007 3:23 pm

im wondering if theres a way to export lots of little cut audio parts on one track with plugins etx, straight into the library folder for use in another track?

i know this can be done after all the clips have been consolidated, but is there a way so that all the bits stay the same, without consolidation..

Thanks..

I'd do it this way:
1) Name your clips (CTRL-R), giving them some descriptive names you'll recognize.
2) Select them all and click the "Sample Crop" command.

Now they will all be in your project folder under Samples->Processed->Cropped\

You can drag them into the library or wherever from there.
This gives you the audio clips without the FX. If you wanted to have them WITH the FX baked into each, then freeze your track and use the "flatten" command on it.

Cheers!
