One glitch when recording thru Chains Fx ? Bug ?

I have only noticed this recently. Quite a few times when I have been recording audio thru racks/chains of fx, that the recording can have a weird (extra) bits thats not actually there when you are just listening normally. It appears when I record and then listen to the recording. Usually as an extra piece of sound heard before the audio is due to come in (listening to the recording afterwards).
Something is wrong, I think there is a bug when recording thru these chains (grain delay I was thinkin could have something to do with it but I dunno?). I hope ableton can look at this. Its weird.
Anyone else notice this sort of thing ?
