I was going to enter this as well, but didn't get to the dead line in time and realised I wasn't going to so I just have a half done thing right now. I guess I'll get around to finishing it some time. I remixed the requiem for a dream sound track into drum and bass as well, will probably be posting that this week sometime.
I'm really digging on your mix of stay with me. There is a really full bodied sound with none of your sounds sounding too nasty but still being dark. This keeps the general mood of the original track which I think is one of the most important elements. There is plenty of movement in the arrangement so you don't get bored and there is enough variation.
The only thing I didn't like on first listen was the beats. They felt over complicated for the roll of the track and I kept finding myself listening to just beats when I wanted to hear the whole track. Not that they were too loud, I thought the mix down is fine.
On the whole I think a great remix.
