youngest and oldest people using ableton

well, my son is 18 months "old" and he loves it shouting into the microphone with a following delay, eq and compressor.
if these FX are not turned on he's not interested in using Ableton Live...

I'm 31, but my niece is 7 and she enjoys "jamming" with Live when I'm in the studio with her.
she loves playing with my A3000 sampler since she was about 4.
She has a soft spot for low pass filters and filter sweeps!

Serious wow. You may not be the oldest but I'll bet you've been doing e-m the longest...

I started in 1994, with MIDI sequencing and sound modules.

. I've said it before, but Live--even with its many quirks and flaws--is hands down the best tool I've ever had to compose and produce. Funny thing is that I never use it as a Live performance instrument. In a way I wish they made a version 100% dedicated to studio production (and without unneeded baggage for things like the Mackie control surface that maybe 1% of Live users have). But I ain't complaining yet.

(If I were asked my second favorite software tool it would be Opcode Studio Vision [r.i.p.] But since nobody asked I won't mention it.)
