The 1st Brisbane Ableton Live Collective workshop will be
Saturday 3rd March
Judith Wright Centre Level 3, Fortitude Valley - 10am/5pm




Over the coming year we will be holding monthly Collective meetings where we cover all issues Ableton Live related from Technical Trouble Shooting, Techniques, Midi Control and Controllers, Equipment available that works in conjunction with Ableton. The aim of the Collective is to bring together people using Ableton Live to help each other develop with skills and awareness, to grow creatively and learn the capabilities of Ableton Live

Plans to date;


- Monthly meetings where all Ableton Live users are welcome from Beginners to Masters.

- Ableton Live Gigs in various locations around Brisbane including Collective members and International touring artists.

- Develop and maintain a regular meeting situation where we can discuss our latest projects with each other and help/advise on problems and creative development

- Collaborations between collective members big and small.

I am conming to the sunshine coast about an hour up from brisbane on the 12th MArch so will miss it I'll be there for at least 6 months so it sounds cool
Is there any more details but If I can somehow be added to a notification list that would be awesome. I am Lives oldest user at 49 !

Wow. I was just up in QLD the other day. I think i'm going to move to Brisbane. Maybe by April. What goes on up in Briz in terms of electronic music? IS their much sound art stuff around? Like noiz or electro-acoustic stuff? WHat about minimal, i know there are a fair few doofs? Let me in the know! I loved the palce while i was there
