tracks skip on the same spot.

My tracks are skipping on the same spot. All of them. When I record a new track it also skips at the beginning of the same bar.
Has anyone had a problem like that?

Yes, definitely have had this problem.

It's like a certain spot gets infected, that's how it feels.

Things I would try are: consolidating, moving clips to a new track, copying things to a new set, etc.
