Sync play, please help me out.

When I load a demo song on Live 5.2 and I play some midi's and I want to change it to another one, it waits until the previous one's finished and THEN the new one starts. When I make a new live set myself, the new midi starts right when i press the play button. How can I make sure it will only start when the previous one is finished.

look under the clip and global quantizations.

you can set exactly how long sync duration before a clip loads (and you can choose none at all if you want).

most common use is global quantize set to 1 bar and all clips set to global quantize unless you need a different behaviour.
