can midi control modulation be less than 100%

for example can i have a controller limited to 10 or 30% modulation of a parameter, like you can do in battery, kontakt, and exs24 on LFOs and midi cc#s

You mean in Live 3 or the upcoming 4? Either way, that can be done now depending on your controller- Novation's Remote25 does the job beautifully as we speak
