What does everyone produce? I mainly do anything from house, speedcore, techno and electro, in additon to just weird noise with synths.

I was just about to make the same sort of thread. Close, but no cigar for me.
I produce all flavors of house and techno, though once in a while I'll mess around and make dnb sketch up. I love all electronic music though...i dont hate.

Electronica, Metal, Drum 'n' Bass, Ambient, I don't really like to put myself in a specific genre, but I tend to be into Squarepusher/Aphex Twin/Boards of Canada/Autechre kind of electronica, rather than Dancefloor orientated stuff, that said I have also made some drum 'n' bass stuff (and utilised a few 4 to the floor rhythms occasionally)...

I, too, don't really like the genre thing. Not trying to be pretentious, either, it's just hard for me to categorize my music because I am influenced by so many different things. I guess my ish would be electronic, but not dancefloor oriented, like sebov was saying. And then again, I write songs, not tracks. Main influences are David Bowie, Radiohead, Autechre, Bjork, Max Richter, Aphex Twin, Air, The Beatles, My Bloody Valentine, Eno, Fennesz, and many others. Right now I seem to be really channeling the Thom Yorke thing: idm-ish electronic atmospheres and beats, lots of piano, and some whacked out guitar (lots of effects)...

well its a given for me, its hip hop first, nice organic type sample-based mixed with synths and live instruments.
i also mess with the trip-hop(obvious for a hip hop head) and mess a bit with the d'n'b.....
sorry fellas cant do the techno and many other forms of electronica, not my cup of tea(not that i feel like they're wack styles, just not for me ya know)
