waves apa 32.Is it live compatible? Anyone using it? Worthy?

I have recently started using the waves ssl 4000 vst plugs in addition to my waves diamond bundle and they are pretty cpu intensive. Im still running but it starts to get wierd up in the 30 track zone (and my trax usually have around 40) Their site doesn't mention Ableton as a supported host, but then again, they didn't mention Ableton as a host for the ssl and that works fine. Thanks for your help guys!
