Missing notes

When playing my Keyboard some of the notes do not reach Live . . . results in music with missing links . . .

Connected to a synthie, there are no such effects with this keyboard, the MIDI-Out seems to be OK then.
Ideas? I am using Live Lite 6, Line 6 Edition, and a M-Audio Uno Midilink to connect to my laptop.
CPU-Load is never over 2% in this case.

Check by testing with a different interface.
