Unable to install VST

Hello!
I am attempting to install simple vst's ( no installer)- i set a custom folder, and moved/copied the file to my systems folders (/library/audio/plugins/vst) but they simply do not show up in live. has anyone had similar problems?

Same problem here. Also tried downloading AU versions, to no effect, as well as moving the plugins from the custom folder to the Library/Audio/Plugins folders, still not seeing anything. Any help available on this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I have a show in a week and would very much like to use my new computer.

If you are on Intel Macs, are you sure that these plugins are Universal Binary? If not, they will not show up in LIVE because the Intel Macs need different code than the PPC chips.
