Live stays in taskmanager

After shutdown Ableton Live 6.0.1 it remains in the taskmanager eating
memory......

Trying to shut it down doesn't work (just stays there) and restarting Live
is helping either because Live doesn't find my audio hardware anymore...

Why ? please ?

I have a simular problem with 5.2.2 some times, how ever I am able to start live up again no problems, then once I close, it removes it self from the processes list. I think it sticks around arfter a forced close.
