I'm happy to host your racks. I have plenty of bandwidth and space on my website.

Let me know if you would like me to do this and we can arrange for these to be uploaded.

If anyone knows of any simple to set up auto uploading tool please let me know?

Just updated 16 Step Seq. Now it's automap ready (just the 3 step parameter controls), and looks oh so much cleaner and easier to use.

Grab it here:

Hi,

We can't host these files for now, sorry about that. But I'm sure some forumer(s) would be happy to help if asked politely :)

change high hat foot pedal

Post by terryhamel » Tue Mar 13, 2007 12:12 am

With impulse, I've mapped the inverted (negative) stretch with the decay time on an open HH sound. With the rack knob turned one way, it will play the sample unaltered. Turn the rack knob the opposite way, it closes up like a drummer pressing down on the high hat foot pedal. In arrangement view, drawing a line respresents the dynamics of the drummer and sounds just like a live performance.

WOW WOW WOW This thread has gone off!

I've been away from the forum for a little while trying to concentrate on writing instead of being a forum face.

Very happy to see this thread finally got stickied! Probably happened ages ago... but as I said I've been away for awhile.

Guess I've got some catching up to do and I better get after some new RACKS for you all.

ok

time for some update:

blitchmyglitch and scratcher are now on my ftp. While the first was made from... scratch, eeeerm scratcher is based on phat conductor's rack, and I just made it fit my own way to play with samples.

Blitchmyglitch is a realtime glitcher that moves all the time. It uses a lot of different fx, redux, beatrepeat, grain delay... quite enjoyable if you like supercollider and livecut stuff.

Scratcher is a tool that lets you program scratches, turntable stop fx, reverses based on any loop that you will load in it. It's extremely addictive and funny.

Scratcher accepts 1bar loops only in order to work properly, that's the sole limitation. I've been struggling with clip auto to get rid of the glitches/flanging when switching to regular play but it's now close to what it's supposed ot be.

you can find them all here:
