hi is there any way to send midi from ableton to a rewire host like cakewalk sonar? live is much easier to use on simple midi applications than any of the sequencers i've used. i like using live midi clips instead of the piano roll type thing.
what i do is i import the midi file to cakewalk. but its much simpler to just drag and drop in ableton.

On every track (mixer) there is a 'MIDI To' section where you can choose your MIDI output destination..
