Problems with Novation Automap Universal

I know this isn't really the place to discuss this but Novation doesn't have any way to report bugs with Automap Universal. I sent an email through their website support over a week ago but have recieved no acknowledgement so I have no idea if anyone there has read it. Has anyone found a good way to contact Novaton regarding automap bugs? Too bad they don't have a forum like this one...

The main problem is that some automap plugins don't recall settings from one session to the next and can't open saved aupresets (I'm on a Mac G5). So far I've noticed this with blockfish, microtonic, and AAS ultra analogue. It's more than a little frustrating to open a project and have an automapped plugin reset to its defaults.

On a more minor note, about the last 2/3 of the automap plugins appear in the Linplug folder instead of the proper one. They used to appear in the Green Oak folder before I deleted Crystal.

Does anyone else have the same problems?

I'm also on a G5 and I have exactly the same problem.

The worst thing is that a couple of my automapped AUs (FM8, Fabfilter Volcano and Timeless, probably a few more) reset to their default preset when I save them as Live clips as well. Which makes the clips totally useless. I have to replace the automapped AUs with a regular AU if I want to save something as a clip which is quite a workaround.
