Hey Everyone,

I was wondering, where can you get free Live Loops and other things for creating music? Please let me know ASAP.

Woohoo, Abelton 4 coming soon! Makes me happy!

Thanks,

Fruity Loops

Fruity Loops? Is it a package you can buy? If so I may as well buy something like that.. if it isn't free that is ok.
Also about making my own, would you do that with various .wav files? Such as Piano sounds, Drum sounds that I have played and saved as a .wav file?

Thanks,
Ryan

Didn't you get something like 952MB's worth of loops that came packaged with Live? You need to check both of your Live cd's, they're there!

The loops that come with Live aren't necessarily royalty free. You need to check in the information that comes with the loops to see whether you can use them in your own copyrighted works.

Many loop cds that are on the market that are royalty free work very well in live. If they are cut properly before you bring them into live then you should have no trouble incorporating them into your compositions.

Having a rewire program together with Live is the ultimate combo because then you dont have to be a slave to other peoples loops. Much more satisfying in the long run, and much less hassle from a legal copyright point of view.
