Live always crashs (mcmpgdec.dll error)

Since Ive updated to 6.0.5 always when mixing mp3 files I get a crash...It shows that the error is in mcmpgdec.dll file.

What to do?

See that thread, users solved the problem by uninsatlling another software. I believe there is an update for that Ulead software, but am not sure.
