Sudden crash when pressing Play

System: 2.0 GHz Pentium M... 512MB RAM

I've made a lot of songs with Ableton Live 6.0.1. But now I'm making one with more VSTi's (5-6 VSTi). Everything was ok, but now everytime I load up the song and press Play, Live crashes without any error.

I tried disabling VSTi's and it works. But when I enable them, it crashes. It may be because of the VST, but when I enable 2 or 3 VST's, it works too, but when 5 enabled, it crashes. I tried freezing the tracks but whenever I try freezing a VSTi, Live crashes while freezing the track.

Maybe it's a CPU or RAM problem? I'm thinking about buying 1GB RAM but I want to make sure if it's really a RAM issue. I've heard of RAM issues getting a "A serious problem ocurred" error, but I'm not getting any error.

Hello,

That would indicate that the plugin used on track 5 is faulty. What plugin is it? Have you got the latest update for it?

Are you using 6.0.5 now? You should update, here:
