Novation SL 61 remote

Anyone useing an Novation SL remote with live??
I saw it with Live at the Music messe Frankfurt and was very impressed.
Anyone got any reasons why i shouldn't get it??
Do i need to install all 4 downloads? http://www.novationmusic.com/product.as ... hive=False

You only need ReMOTE SL Installer 3.0 (Mac & PC)

nah, the one mentioned above installs everything you need for the SL to find and control your plugins. You might want the template editor to make your own templates for whatever synths and effects plugins you use...but it isnt required.

could you have the same controller twice with live say the BCF 2000 for 2 x 8 faders

absolutely. Live will utilize as many controllers as you want.
