Some questions about Live 4 for the Abletons...

1. I have asked this before each release, and would like to know if there is the possibility to get this one tweak: the ability to move the offset marker to the outside of the loop markers. I would really like this feature despite the new instrument, Simpler. It would be extremely good if you could add this ability or maybe an entirely new "start time" marker, which seems unnecessary if the offset marker could be enhanced.

2. Now that there will be MIDI, how will ReWire instruments' MIDI be handled? Many ReWire hosts that support MIDI have had a ridiculous 16 MIDI device limit. So with Live 4, if I have 40 instruments in Reason, would I be able to send MIDI to all forty of them?
