What is going on here?

Post by now » Wed Mar 28, 2007 8:01 pm

I have been using live5 for awhile and never experienced this strangeness before. in overdub mode I am trying to make some changes to a track. when I hit record another track that is not selected goes into record and starts wiping data! what the hell is happening. anyone know?

Hi,

Are you talking Session or Arrangement? Is it automation data that is erased, or notes/audio?

dont hit record up top, just play, as long as your track is armed the automation dubs should be recorded. make sure your session button uptop is off as well...
