for what is "Track Status" remotable?

Post by akust » Sun Apr 08, 2007 4:53 pm

While searching a possibility to toggle Play/Stop with one Button (BCR2000) I found that Track Status offers remote control.
I mean the space right of the Stop Button, what is named "Track Status" in the remote listing.

Judging from what I got from midi feedback it could be a button on/off function, but I didn't find any reaction...

What is it supposed to do?

Hi,

It displays the playing clip on that track, in the clip details view.

TIP - It works for the Arranger as well. Could be obvious but just in case: when these are assigned to Keys or MIDI buttons, and you play the arrangement, hitting one of the Keys or Buttons will instantly display the clip under the insertion bar, in the clip details. No more double clicking?

thank you.
and: great!
Since the auto selection of clips caused sometimes unwanted scene jumps I couldn't work with it - this "selected selection" offers another way to get clips edited fast and easy.

yea!
