is it anyhow possible to change the position of Loop by midi or anything else?
My plan is: jumping to markers and temporarily set "back to arrangement" to change many settings (via automation:FX, chains, sends etc.) in Liveset and back continue playing clips. This way the Settings are absolute and more "sure" I think.
The problem is, that the arrangement must not continue playing until next marker/settings. So I need moving the loop as well...
Or do you have a better suggestion how to manage needed changes in setting after combining different *.als ?
remote/autojump Loops? or: how do you manage mixed sets?

yes, I do play live in session view normally.
I try to specify my situation (a common situation I think):
I made several Sessions, let's say set1.als and set2.als
The sets have commonalities but also many differences. Now need to combine these (and other) sessions into one big combined-set.als to be able to play it live without pause.
My logical thought said I need to combine needed fx and instruments into a group+chain and switch the chains when the scene of appended combined next song is come. That's possible when I set it into each Clip. That's a bit circumstantial but would be ok.
But the problem is that settings in clip are relative. That is when I turn e.g. a send by hand, the settings in clip differ.
Could I call absolute automations (i.e. from arrangement) this settings would be definitely. This way I would have anchors to (re-)set different setting I need.
For the combined session I search a sure way to make setting in the changeover from set1 to set2. So the markers would be helpful: jumping to a set of automation changes - ready. But unfortunately I can't avoid Live from playing straight to the next marker (containing next autom.setting) because the arrangement loop is left...
Is it more clear now? Are my thoughts correct or do I simply miss something?
