yamaha 01x question

hey guys, first time poster.

i just wanted to match up some settings with other 01x users. for example, what rate are you guys recording at 44.1 48 or 96khz also what about bit rate , I'm guessing 24 is sufficient?

i have posted some tracks on myspace.com/smoosheegoods some feed back on quality etc would be benificial.

the 01x work better in 48k with a mac.... I dont no for PC ,
look at the 01xray forum for the best configuration.
