Recording automation tweaks with Remote sl

I recently installed the new automap and have been using it with Zebra. I've been manually assigning parameters which works but when I try and record the tweaks I can't. I've got Midi Overdub on.
Can anyone help me with this?
It would be gratefully received

You have SL Port 2 selected in the midi pref's for "Track"?
