Live 6 just DISAPPEARS

It's the weirdest thing - I have made a decently complex set for live performance, and for whatever reason, every time I save it, I guess the file becomes corrupted. If I attempt to open the session, Ableton suddenly disappears, however it continues to run in my Task Manager. The GUI just vanishes. Its impossible to "End Process", and I am forced to restart.

I tried recreating the whole thing and saving it under a new file name, and was really frustrated to find that the same thing happened.

Some details of my setup:

XP Pro
Live 6
Rewired to Reason 3
VSTs - Lounge Lizard, Mobius
Interface - Mbox
Controllers - BCR2000, Radium 49, Trigger Finger
