Do I have to remove old Live 6 version before installing a new update ?

Because the only working version for me is the 6.0.1 version...

I Tried using the 6.0.3, 6.0.5 and the 6.0.7 versions without uninstalling
my 6.0.1 version but each time I try to open one of those other version,
Live boots and at the end of the boot (vst scan and set opening) it
vanishes but stays into the task manager.

At this point I cant manualy close (end task) Live and I have to reboot
in order to retry the all thing

So my question stands above and also I would like to know if by unstalling
my 6.0.1 version, will my packs be uninstalled too or does it leave my
library intact ?

Hi,

You can uninstall the older versions, before or after installing the new ones. Installing new versions without uninstalling old ones should work though. Are you using a Mac or a PC? How do you proceed to install?
