Live 3.0.4 gets freezed with NI Guitar Rig !!

When I drag and drop the VST fx Guitar Rig to any track, open the interface and navigate trough the banks, Live gets freezed in few seconds; the load of CPU marks only 35 % (Pentium IV 1.3GHz, 768 MB RAM).

Its a bug, incompatibility problem, or what?
