oxygen8: native mapping not working? (live 6)

In my case, I found that I had indeed at some point reprogrammed my Oxy, so a few of the knobs had different CC#'s than standard. So I had to fix that.

the config file i did is almost identical - except i didn't change the global channel.

my question now is: can you tell if the oxygen8 config mapping is mapping to the "best bank" settings (as described above) that ableton says that they default map to their instant mappings?

that is what the config files should match - at least that's my understanding.

and can i just confirm that your oxygen8 is a v1, rather than a v2?

hey there, i'm having the sdame prob here using live 6.0.7 and oxygen8 v1. i've been reading triugh this thread but seems to be long to fix.... isn't there any esasiest solution? why isn't this old "quite crappy" device fully suported?

ok, the peeps at hispasonic gave me an naswer and it works!

just have to light the sync and remote buttons....

why didn't i try that???

but you should not need remote enabled if you are using instant mapping settings above...

or sync...

thanx longjohns, but it works for me as i can't get my arse fizzling with aany coding, even if it's for dumbs like me. i'm such a noob in this midi world...
