Problem with midi bank changing

I've got a really annoying problem with Ableton where the bank for the VST instrument I'm using keeps getting reset to first bank (using z3ta). I've got 2 midi clips - is the bank set per clip, or per channel?

I'd guess it was channel, but I'm setting the instrument with no clip selected and it's still doing it.

I change the bank inside z3ta, but then press play and it resets.

Hi,

Look into your clips, if there is a program change written. It could be one reason for the programs to change.

Thanks, just saw that the program was set to 1 and not "none"
