plug in windows keep vanishing

for some reason when ever i use vsts plugin windows they vanish after being open for not to long and i have to cloase them and reopen them its real annying. has anyone had this aswell

I haven't had that particular problem, but I have been getting some inconsistant behavior with plugin windows.

I often find that Ctrl+Alt+P will stop working as a shortcut for opening and closing the windows, but suddenly rectify itself somehow (it says Ctrl+P in Info View by the way - not Ctrl+Alt+P as it shows in the manual). And often windows will close themselves when selecting a different track and then going back again. Again, they seem to pop up after a while - without reason. I've tried different Preference settings, but haven't had any luck.

Having said that - these are 3rd party and mostly freeware plugins. I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's where the problem lies.

1st: are you guys on pc ?

2nd: If so, do you have microsoft intellipoint installed ? ( the krappy piece of software that comes with a microsoft mouse.)

If not

tell us on what os you are

most of the issues submitted around here about that kind of probs have been solved, just tell us more

Yes and yes.

Intellipoint can cause problems like this??? I supposed it shouldn't surprise me really...
