Selective recording

Ok Im sure thats been said before but would be cool if we could record-disable some parameters when the global record is activated in the arrangement...

I would love a "Record only Audio/MIDI" option. If I'm tweaking levels as I'm recording somebody it's a real pain to have to erase the automation I've created...

yeah totally...
I'd personaly make it even more user definable, like, in the ctrl-click menu you can record-disable any individual parameter...

I also waste way too much time deleting unwanted automation curves. in gets pretty messed up...

maybe these settings could be managed together with midi into the browser...
