small audio glitch in EIC grand piano

Ableton, check the sample gbhpno-pu-PP-d4-1-d4.aif

There is a little tick in the recorded sample, 2-3 seconds approx. into the decay. Minor, but annoying if you're playing a quiet piece. I kept going, "where is that little snare drum coming from?"

I may try to edit it out or else save a patch where it interpolates that note from an adjacent one.

Has there been any progress on fixing this little glitch?

I have been unable to find any editor that can read this
sample. I have Cool Edit Pro and Sound Forge, but they
can't do it and I tried every option I can think of.

Is this some proprietary encoding format?

I ended up just interpolating from the adjacent note and saving that as a patch.

I do not think it has been addressed
