Mutemath is playing at the Granada in lower Greenville. I'll be there around 9pm.

This was probably the second best show I've ever seen in my life. Coming a close second to Dead Can Dance's Spiritchaser tour. My god, these guys are amazing...absolutely f-ing amazing. The musicianship and the unexpected things that happen on stage are just incredible.

Check out their Youtube posts, and if you can, go see them when they come tour near you. You won't regret catching them now...I fully expect them to be as big as U2 someday.

Nope, I was in Dallas and I missed their last show there also (long story) then they split :-(

But at least they still have the DVD, OMG they flow like crazy and look like they're not even breaking a sweat!

My wife informed me that they regrouped in 2005 and toured extensively in the US. :(

But I'm not that bummed...part of what was great about the Spiritchaser tour (and also what's great about mutemath) is the impromptu drumming. Spiritchaser has like 10 aftrican tribal drummers on stage, going all out...it was amazing. Almost as amazing is the drummer for Mutemath, who I fully believe to be a demigod.
