Help!!! Live6 and Axiom 25

Using live 6 with recently purchased axiom 25. I'm only receiving output with three keys. Any ideas where my problems lie?

Is Live responding to the other keys at all? When you press any, the square in the top right of the window should light up green, regardless of whether you're getting sound output or not.

Check which preset you have your Axiom on also. It comes shipped with a range of them, and it's possible that some aren't really suited to Live. From memory, 16, 17 and 18 work well.

Try downloading the Axiom lessons for Live from this site too - i'm pretty sure there's a memory dump feature that will ensure a couple of the presets are setup properly with Live.

Finally, you can try resetting the Axiom to its factory defaults - hold down '+' and '-' when you switch it on. I've had problems with my Axiom in the past that were only solved by doing this (i'm sure there were other solutions, but i'm lazy and this is quick and dirty).

As to the light in the upper right corner, it only lighst up for the keys that produce an output.

Perhaps it's on the Axiom end of things then. Did you have any luck resetting to factory defaults?

i had same problems with my axiom 49, resetting to factory defaults didn't help, calling ableton hotline either.
