Hi, does anyone know of a decent plugin that i can use to scratch samples?
the cheaper the better :wink:
Live 7.0.16, core 2 Quad 2.66ghz 4 gb ram,ESI U46SE,Vestax VCM-600, M-Audio Axiom 25,
evolution249c,Maudio Xpression pro, various guitars,Akai mpd16, NI intact,YamahaMSP3's,zoom323, a Ukulele and a Crate of Stella.

i could never get this working in Live... have u actually made it work or u just know of this plugin? If so.. is there a magic trick or something? :P

No - I've never used it. I'd been meaning to, but I shelled out for mixvibes instead. I've heard that this can be used with the DM2 to use the scratch rings for actually scratching...

can't get this to work either m8 but just downloaded dyscratch demo version and its very cool, check it out :wink:

Sxratch works in ableton. Load the file called file "scratch2_vsti" into a midi track and open the parameter interface through ableton (not through the vsti interface) and set a knob or slider to "sxratch slider" and send any note to the vsti through your keyboard to trigger sound while you scratch with the slider.

You can load files into the scratcher or route audio to it to record segments to scratch with. It's not the best thing ever, but it works.
