Biggest Drain on CPU?

I'm guessing its just because i've got a lot of clips in my session view, but moving stuff around is insanely slow (on my MBP 1.83 2 gig ram 10 gig HD spare), and i'm getting the odd glitch, stutter and grind here and there when playing out.

Do we think Less clips, Less tracks or Less Scenes are the most important aspects in terms of lives optimisation? I have a combination of everything from whole tracks, Simplers, Impulses (lots of them, in Racks), and tonnes of samples and loops...
