Mixer to Fast Track Pro Insert - Cables to buy?

Hi,

I feed Ableton out to my DJ Mixer via the Fast Track Pro, mixing Abelton into my two vinyl decks.

I want to then feed back into Ableton to record the mix. What cable should I use for this? My Vestax PCV 275 has an RCA Master Output which is plugged into my amp and a TRS 1/4" Output. The Fast Track Pro has a TRS 1/4" Insert.

Should I buy a balanced or unbalanced TRS 1/4" cable to achieve my ultimate goal of recording the mix?

Will it be ok for my Vestax Mixer to be outputting through both the RCA and TRS Master Output?
