i did my first gig with live

Post by dave dominey » Fri May 11, 2007 5:48 pm

i did my first gig with live and it went great. it was only in a little tea house in glasgow but it went without a hitch.

i was playing bass and controlling live while my mate was playin small pipes and whistles.

if anyone is around glasgow look out for the "supersized bananas" at tchai ovna :) we should be back there again soon.

i need to get some detachable legs from B&Q to get rid of the keyboard stand.

i'll post a little mp3 of the highlights ... as there was an awfull lot of noodling :P

Congrats, Dave! Even in small venues, it's always a big deal to put your music out there in front of people. And for all of us living in the US, having a gig in Glasgow sounds like you're already on a World Tour!

Keep doing what you do!

Nice job, brutha! It's the noodlin' that'll win out in the end...keep it up! Looking forward to the mp3.

Playing live is a rush and an adrenaline high. If you get a good groove going it is even better.

I love it!

Were those Uillean Pipes? Love the sound of those :)
And a Low D Irish Whistle can sound really good in the right hands...
