I really like what Slatepipe's done there, and I luv the original track too, Koubou. I've downloaded it aswell, at some point I'll have a go myself. I agree with Koubou, I like the atmosphere slatepipes got going on in it.

i find it refreshing to play around with other peoples source material, especially when the style of music they make is quite different to mine.
i get stuck in a bit of a rut with my own tracks sometimes and doing this sort of remix/reinterpretation thing can throw open new ideas, especially when i get to look at someone else's live project to see what they've done

Thats exactly what I'm like with it too. I've got two of my mates tunes on the go at the moment. Sometimes I too get in a rut and its nice to get somthing different to do, to see things in a different light.
