HI. This is my problem using, LIVE, 02r96 Yamaha, And Motu 828km2.
Error Sync slot 2 appear, in the 02R and a noise at the same time. I don't like to ear that noise during the show!!
SO thats how it's connected.
Adat optical (slot 2) In -----to Motu 96kHz optical out
Word clock out 02R-----to Word Clock in Motu
Live Mac Firewire to the Motu.
This is the Motu set up
Sample rate; 44100
Clock Source ; interne
default stereo input; Mic 1-2
default stéréo output; Main out 1-2
Optical input; None
Optical output; Adat
Phones; Main out 1-2
Live preferences; How should I sync?? Just in output??
I don't want to ear that noise again during the show!
