ask them a few questions first though, ask them if you can record audio with it. and ask them if it can use vst's. I bet you a million dollars they say yes to both of those questions.

i used to work at guitar center.. no one there used reason except me.
since i used reason i knew that it cant record audio or host vst's and i knew how limited it was.
that said i also hate guitar center. the whole reason guitar center sucks has nothing to do with the minumum wage paid employees, it has to do with how the corporation is ran. guitar center pressures there employees to sell as much crap as they can. and if they cant meet there insane quota they are fired usually before they have got enough time in the company to file for unemployment.
so the guitar center staff is like a revolving door. there are new workers there every month and every month the new crop is thinking they are going to make a killing in almost unattainable commission. so how they do this most of the time is by lying there ass off in order to make a sale. in the employee hand book it talks about ethics but in the new hire training it is a contradiction of ethics and more of a coaching of how to scam. since your boss is coaching his employees how to scam they feel they have to do this in order to keep there jobs.
there whole policy is to create high pressure sales like a used car lot from the 70's wich could go over well if it were the 70's before no one could see through this shit.

I would've thought he'd be more up for it than anyone, since he's pointing out how shit it is to work there.sparklepuff wrote:Dude, thanks for rant.(pause) NOT!
