To make a custom metronome in a few seconds with live, create a midi track, pick an impulse set with a sound you like...mark out a bar of quarter notes, eigth notes, whatever you want, with whatever sound you want, and set the volume....wherever you want.
Thinkpad 2.0GHz, 2GigsRam, MOTU Traveler, Live 6.05, BFD, Triton Extreme w/Moss, PC2R, K2000
Metronome Sound Files
Where are these files?stutter wrote:if you look through your ableton folder you can find the audio files that are used for the metronome - so you could replace them with another sound, or edit them to lower their volume. Dunno if there's an easier alternative, but this one's not all that hard.
Thanks
