Hi Patch:

I'm doing some researches about "Endless Rotary" function as you did. I got UC33e, too. Did the same test with Take-Over-Mode (Pickup & Value Scalling)of Ableton Live! It's the same result as you got... All worked at first but the second time.

Is the only resolve method is buying another controller with endless rotary function like BCR2000?

I don't know. I bought an Axiom49 - no problems with it so far (it has endless rotaries).

I'm pretty devastated that I can effectively only use one of the presets on the UC-33e. So mant controllers not being used!!!

did you ever get this working? I can confirm that it works exactly like you described. Takeover works for the first time you switch presets, and then from then on you're screwed.
