Yeah right,
the parnts where at the pope`s Inn, now god will have an eye on her... I guess she is allready dead.

simple as that, kids dying everyday everywhere, just because the parent where on vacation in portugal means nothing!

Who cares about the kids in darfour, who cares about the kids in iraq?

Not the pope, neither the media...

Like lots of people dude, but thats a different story, it a much more complex issue. So why don't you put away the negatives for a while and do something positive. What will it cost you to download the poster? nothing. What will it cost you to print it out? not a great deal. What will it cost you to put it somewhere people can see it?. Nothing. With a little effort and a few pennies, cents, whatever, you can feel good about doing something positive. As for the kids in Iraq and Darfor, like I said it's far more complex, but thats not to say we don't care, or are not willing to do something to make the situation better. Question: Honestly, what have you done so far to improve the situation in Iraq and Darfor for the children?. In my experience the people who shout the loudest, are often the ones that do the least.

a 2.6 million pound reward?
that's insane..

if the kid is found that reward should be used to help the kids in Iraq and Darfor or else..

anyway.. putting up the poster here in the netherlands won't help I guess..

But thats where your wrong, it might help. For starters no one knows whether she is still in Portugal or not, she could be anywhere. She could even be in the netherlands now, which would make it a very good reason to put the poster up.

Hysteria...

Some might even say 'hypocrisy'...
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.

Kids go missing every fucking day. What's so special about this one instance? The family has money I suppose.

Or instead of telling someone to download a poster and print it, could just post a pic so more people can see it

There are some miserable and cynical people in the world and some of them reside here.

You can bet that if it was THEIR child missing that they would be hoping for some care and concern too and not going 'hmmmm our daughter disappeared..oh well f*ck it kids disappear everyday and what about the street kids in Brazil disappearing or kids in Africa starving. You know what, cancel the police interview, cancel the orange alert and press, if she's found she's found, if she's dead she's dead' like it's as easy as wiping sh*t off your shoe.

When you get kids of your own you'll realize that unless you are some kind of sick f*ck that they are the most important thing in your life. Life isn't all about plonking around with Ableton Live and for anyone who's life is that shallow, I pity them.

Nobody is saying all the other missing and dying children don't matter. I never read that anywhere. Of course they matter, but most of this occurs where there are no resources to track children, print photos of them or have press coverage, so the sad reality is they remain anonymous. This is heartbreaking too but should be the topic of another thread, rather than hijacking this one to be facetious.

Additionally, if you feel that strongly about righting those injustices, I'm sure the many charities and voluntary resources would gladly accept you time and money to help. How many of you spouting this stuff are digging in your pockets for a few dollars a month, or signed up with aid agencies? Probably none, so your words are most likely hollower than a ring doughnut.

You really are a total prick. of all the people on this forum YOU are the king arsehole. Its down to your dutcness for sure. YOUR country and its people have made money from the mysery of others for centuries. where ever there is mysery you will find the dutch making a buck from it. do the dutch have any conscience whatsoever.
now as to your claims that putting a photo of maddiie up in Holland doing no good. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR COUNTRY HAS THE MOST PEDOS PER 10.000 HEAD OF POPULATION OF ANY OTHER NATION IN THE WORLD FOLLOWED CLOSELY BY BELGIUM. HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHY MANY OF YOUR COUNTRYMEN ENJOY ABUSING CHILDREN?
IF THAT KID IS ANYWHERE IT WOULDNT COME AS A SHOCK TO FIND HER IN ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES.
FUCK YOU PAL, I DEARLY HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE A KID SNATCHED FROM YOU. I WOULDNT SHED A TEAR FOR YOU IT WOULD BE FOR YOUR KID.
