Anyone know if its possible to change the built in metronome sound? I want to make it so that it doesnt accent the downbeat with a different tone. Just the same click sound each beat.
Thanks.

I have wondered this in the past, and I'm pretty sure the answer is: you can't. The solution is to just make a midi drum loop instead.
I would love to be proven wrong on this.

The metronome sounds are inside the Ableton folders
called
wait for it...
metronome
so you can replace them.
Or make your own clips, as noted ^^^

Ah word, there the files are indeed.
To find them on your Mac...
1. Right-Click (option click) on Live.app
2. Show Package Contents
3. Contents
4. App-Resources
5. Misc
The metronome WAV files are in there. Good to know.

Finally, my sneeze/belch metronome has come to fruition.
