Impulse Tone issue?

Does this problem exist with the Battery Plugin?

if I use Simpler rack instead of problem, the only thing I really miss is Time and Transpose on the Impulse. I was able to really make great sounds with these two controls. Is there anyway to reproduce these effects with the simpler rack?
